How it works：

1. Consult Codeco, and select a reliable contractor or designer with a reasonable quotation for renovation works.
2. Upon the completion of the renovation, the client will request professional formaldehyde removal and deep cleaning service from the Customer Service Representative.
3. Codeco arranges for Korean Clean to provide professional formaldehyde removal and deep cleaning service before the client moves in.
4. Once the cleaning is properly done, the client can stay in the new home comfortably.

 

Terms and Conditions：​

• The Offer is only applicable to Codeco’s clients.
• It is expected that the working hours will be confirmed subject to the on-site environment.
• Units with an area less than 400 feet will be charged at the rate for a 400-feet.
• The cleaning service for the roof, garden, stairs or the garage, duplex and stand-alone units require special quotations.
• If the cabinet is filled, only its outer surface will be cleaned. The refrigerator, the air-conditioner and the washing machine will only be wiped on the outer surface. If the client requests to dismantle any electronic appliances for cleaning and disinfection, he/she can consider ordering by item.
• The service does not include rubbish collection, cleaning of the garden, parking lot, crystal lights, washing of quilts, pillows, clothes, kitchenware and furnishings. The window exterior would only be wiped under safe circumstances.
• In the event of any damage caused during the service, Korean Clean reserves the right to make a compensation of HK$300 maximum per object.
• If the client needs to change the date of service, the change has to be communicated two days beforehand.
• A $500 deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm the service. The deposit will not be refunded if the client cancels the service after paying the deposit.
• This Offer can be used in conjunction with other offers of Codeco.
• In the event of any dispute, the decision of Codeco and Korean Clean shall be final and conclusive.
