Step 3
Free on-site measurement and quotation
  • Upon pairing up the contractor for you, the Renovation Consultant will arrange the contractor to visit your unit, carry out measurement and discuss details of the renovation project
  • 2 to 5 days after the on-site measurement, our Renovation Consultant will provide you with a detailed and reviewed quotation
  • If you are happy with the offer, we can arrange for contract signing
  • If it doesn't fit, our Renovation Consultant will be there to help
Step 4
Project Support
  • Upon contract signing, our Customer Service Representative will set up a messenger group for communication between you and the contractor and be there to provide support when needed
  • The Quality Assurance Officer will conduct spot check at the unit to ensure that the construction quality complies with the platform’s standard 平台標準
  • - All items added or removed subsequently must be agreed upon by you and the contractor, and a new contract shall be signed
  • In the event of any dispute, Codeco will coordinate the settlement impartially
