Sales Executive (CoCoMall)
Responsibilities
- Follow up client's order and providing excellent customer experience
- Deal with sales team lead to drive growth and achieve goal

Requirements

- Experience or interest in building materials is a plus
- Minimum 2 years experience of Sales/Marketing
- Customer oriented, responsible and able to work under pressure
- Good PC Knowledge such as Excel, Word and Chinese Input Processing

E-Commerce Manager
Responsibilities
- Growth, Strategy, and P&L: Own the full scope of product on the e-commerce platform, lead the team in setting strategy and growth directions, as well as overseeing the P&L.
- Acquisition and Conversion: Lead Sales team to acquire and convert merchants onto the platform. Lead Marketing team to launch branding, promotional, and partnership campaigns.
- Account Management and Engagement: Build strong onboarding and account management flows that are scalable.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or Business Administration
- 5 years of relevant work experience in E-commerce, Retail operations, Startup operations, Sales & business development, Consumer products or Consumer marketplace platforms.
- Strong communications in collaborating with internal and external parties.
- Strong with numbers, budgeting, and data analysis for decision making; knowledge in SQL is a strong plus.
- Understanding and experience in, UX, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver, and Google Analytics
- Knowledge of Attribution modeling, website speed optimization, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimization, traffic analysis, and reporting tools

Digital Marketing Manager / Senior Specialist 20211118
Responsibilities
- Lead/coordinate the implementation of digital marketing initiatives;
- Optimize customer journey through omnichannel as a result to deliver ambitious growth in digital traffic and conversion;
- Develop analytics tracking strategy for our digital marketing funnel properties and various digital channels (i.e. display, SEM, social, email, affiliates, etc.) to ensure our data is being tracked with a high level of consistency and be able to perform data mapping between different data sources (e.g. Google Analytics with CRM data);
- Conduct market researches, interpret digital journey and engagement effectiveness, and identify learning, insights and actions;
- Implement and optimize Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies from a content and technical perspective;
- Perform tagging implementation for new website initiatives and manage all the existing website & media tags;
- To coordinate with other team members and relevant departments in managing social media platforms, conversational channels, website content and e-newsletter from start to completion;
- To liaison with internal and digital agencies for marketing budget planning and execution including SEM, and online media collaboration.
Requirements
- Believe in the true value of effective customer experience by optimizing the consumer decision journey with the build-measure-learn feedback loop.
- 3 years or above experience in the analytical/statistical/digital marketing field.
- Hands-on knowledge with user behaviour tracking systems and methodologies, including Google Analytics, SEO and web analytics tools,
- Working experience with digital tools is a MUST: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMRush, Facebook Business Manager, Google Optimize, etc.
- Knowledge and experience with Hootsuite, Hubspot, and/or other marketing automation and CRM tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of HTML tagging, CSS, JavaScript is definitely a plus plus.
- Knowledgeable about the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, web and mobile UX/UI;
