Sales Executive (CoCoMall)

Responsibilities

  • Follow up client's order and providing excellent customer experience
  • Deal with sales team lead to drive growth and achieve goal
  • Follow up client's order and providing excellent customer experience
  • Maintain good relationship with business partners.
  • Work closely with internal parties to ensure timely, efficient and effective service to customers
  • Assist in other ad-hoc assignments as required
  • 6 days working hours (10:00-18:00)


Requirements

  • Form 5 or higher qualifications
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
  • Experience or interest in building materials is a plus
  • Minimum 2 years experience of Sales/Marketing
  • Customer oriented, responsible and able to work under pressure
  • Good PC Knowledge such as Excel, Word and Chinese Input Processing

Showroom Sales Executive (CoCoMall)

Responsibilities

  • Assisting customers with the selection and purchase of merchandise in our showroom
  • Processing sales orders in a timely and accurate manner
  • Coordination and administrative support of the showroom
  • Love to work with designer and interior products industry
  • Answer customer enquiries and provide excellent customer services
  • Following up with customers regarding product information and/or inquiries they may have 
  • To perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
  • 6 days working hours (10:00-18:00)


Requirements

  • F.5 or above with min. 2 year of relevant experience
  • Good command of written and spoken both English, Putonghua and Cantonese
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Mature, self-disciplined with good initiative

Sales Executive

E-Commerce Manager

​​​​​​Responsibilities

  • Growth, Strategy, and P&L: Own the full scope of product on the e-commerce platform, lead the team in setting strategy and growth directions, as well as overseeing the P&L.
  • Acquisition and Conversion: Lead Sales team to acquire and convert merchants onto the platform. Lead Marketing team to launch branding, promotional, and partnership campaigns.
  • Account Management and Engagement: Build strong onboarding and account management flows that are scalable.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data from our systems to better understand platform performance, demand trends, and develop automated processes to improve funnel volumes, conversion, and engagement.
  • Understand and analyze competitors’ marketing strategy, regular promotion launch, and price line position, provide actionable insight to management to gain market share


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or Business Administration
  • 5 years of relevant work experience in E-commerce, Retail operations, Startup operations, Sales & business development, Consumer products or Consumer marketplace platforms.
  • Strong communications in collaborating with internal and external parties.
  • Strong with numbers, budgeting, and data analysis for decision making; knowledge in SQL is a strong plus.
  • Understanding and experience in, UX, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver, and Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of Attribution modeling, website speed optimization, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimization, traffic analysis, and reporting tools
