Sales Consultant (Renovation Platform)

Job Roles & Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement sales activities to achieve company targets for maintaining profitability
  • Establish and maintain a good relationship between owners and contractors
  • Generate and follow-up on sales leads through various channels, including referral networking, cold-calling and company campaigns to meet sales targets
  • Match residential/commercial property owners with professional, high-quality and reliable renovation services to meet customer needs
  • Understand customer's renovation and technical needs, coordinate with the Contractor to explain the project in detail, and help avoid unnecessary expenses and troubles in after-sales
  • Responsible for prospecting customers with renovation needs across different channels to grow your own pool of clients
  • Identify and capture additional renovation needs from existing customers to up-sell /cross-sell more services and products
  • Committed to providing clients with the best customer experience, caring for all guests, and meeting service standards

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, particularly in client-facing project sales/service matching will be given priority
  • Understand the importance of sales as a company's core function with proven track record of sales success, preferably in the renovation platform sector
  • High-energy level with a winning mindset, be result and KPI driven
  • Highly people-oriented, patient, caring about customer needs, and service goal-oriented
  • Proficient in Google Suite, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Microsoft Office and Chinese input method
  • Self-motivated with a strong discipline to take ownership, accountability and initiative in exceeding business and individual goals as part of a winning sales team
  • Able to take into account multiple customer sales requirements at the same time; outgoing, positive-thinking and able to work under pressure
  • Understand fluent business Cantonese, express clearly, and have good reading and writing skills in Chinese and English
  • Be independent, responsible, diligent, humble to learn and willing to accept challenges
  • Have good communication skills, proactive work attitude and teamwork spirit
  • Passionate/familiar with residential and commercial renovation
  • Flexibility and are available to work during hours of operation, including weekends and during busy periods there is an expectation to standby anytime in responding to customers
